All service deployments by aiQ Cognitive Technologies (‘aiQ’) follow a structured, repeatable onboarding process designed to ensure technical readiness, contractual clarity, and operational stability

Application & Qualification…

Prospective subscribers initiate the onboarding process by submitting a formal online application here

The application captures organisational, technical, and representative information required to assess eligibility, intended use, and integration readiness

Submission of the application is subject to an initialisation fee, which covers administrative and technical evaluation costs

Receipt of an application does not constitute acceptance - all applications are reviewed, and approval is granted at the discretion of aiQ Cognitive Technologies (Pty) Ltd (‘aiQ’) prior to any provisioning or access being enabled

3-5 mins…

Initialisation…

Upon approval, the subscriber is provisioned on the platform - this phase establishes the technical and operational parameters required for service access

The subscriber is issued a unique Subscriber ID, provided with API documentation and API endpoint details, and granted access to monitoring dashboards

Onboarding support is made available to facilitate configuration and initial integration activities

Completion of this step enables access to the sandbox environment, subject to applicable limits and conditions

Sandbox Testing & Validation…

Subscribers are granted access to a sandbox environment for the purposes of integration testing, validation, and evaluation

Sandbox usage is subject to defined time and transaction limits and is not intended for production or live operational use

The sandbox environment is logically segregated from production systems

Extensions to sandbox access may be granted by mutual agreement

Successful completion of this phase confirms technical readiness to proceed to contractual finalisation

3 months/1,000 transactions…

Contractual Engagement…

Following satisfactory sandbox validation, the parties proceed to formalise contractual arrangements - this phase addresses service scope, service levels, commercial terms, payment structure, intellectual property, data usage, and continuity of service

aiQ provides a baseline IDaaS agreement (here) and indicative fee framework (here) as a starting point for negotiation

No production deployment occurs until all contractual terms have been agreed and executed by both parties

~4-6 weeks…

Activation & ‘Go-Live’…

Upon execution of the relevant agreements, the IDaaS service is activated for production use

Production credentials are issued, and access transitions from sandbox to live deployment - from this point, services are delivered in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and service levels

Activation marks the commencement of the operational service relationship, including ongoing monitoring, support, and performance management
